Mr. Arseneau is an experienced executive and consultant with internationally recognized expertise in recycling plastics. His work and innovation produced practices and principles that are now industry standards. In recent years, he has contributed extensively to technical discussions on recycling and on plastics. Mr. Arseneau is the founder of RTICA and its predecessor company, E2 Development Corporation. He developed the concept and technology to produce insulating materials from recycled plastics. Mr Arseneau is the president of both RTICA Inc. and Rtica Corporation.

MARTIN H. BECK - DIRECTOR

Mr. Beck is the President of DevTech Labs (DTL) of Amherst, New Hampshire. DTL is a process and product company that works exclusively with PET, providing technology services to small, medium and large companies. With Mr. Arseneau, Mr. Beck conceived and developed the technology to produce insulating materials from recycled plastic. Mr. Beck holds a degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Lowell and has been in the plastics packaging field for over 20 years. Mr. Beck has been a director since the inception of RTICA and its predecessor company E2 Development Corporation.

NORMAN BETTS, PhD - DIRECTOR

Norman is an Associate Professor of Business Admin-istration, University of
New Brunswick (“UNB”) and a Chartered Accountant Fellow. He serves as a
director, chair of the board of directors and chair of the audit and
governance committees and of several companies. He is a co-chair of the
board of trustees of the UNB Pension Plan and is a director of the Nature
Conservancy for the Atlantic region. He is a former Finance Minister and
Minister of Business New Brunswick with the Province of New Brunswick. He
was awarded a PhD in Management from the School of Business at Queen’s
University in 1992.

Vasken will oversee the development of strategy and day-to-day execution of our strategic plan. His career started at Delta Faucet Company in 1983 in Operations and Logistics. Between 1999 and 2005, he served as President, Delta Faucet Canada, an operating division of Masco Corporation, and from 2005 through early 2007, as EVP Sales and Marketing globally at Delta Faucet. He has an extensive track record in strategic planning and execution. He has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, a MS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Indiana University.

He has worked for Delta Faucet Company, WW Wagner Tool & Die and Federal Mogul.

John is a senior operations executive with 24 years’ experience in strategic and operations planning, including logistics, purchasing, man-ufacturing and industrial engineering. He is an expert in the planning and acquisition of automated production equipment and processes as well as budgeting and overseeing the construction and expansion of plants. His prior position was VP-Operations at Delta Faucet Company. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
